Apple Support:
· Dừng các PM Firewall, PM Virus, Lọc quảng cáo, gia tốc web.
· Nếu lỗi khi đang download video, xóa bộ nhớ download các video trước đó nếu có, tại:

· Xóa các files có đuôi .tmp của video purchased.

1601, 1602: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi không thể restore, có thông báo của iTunes (lỗi này lâu Apple không update):

" The iPod "[username]" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1602)":
· Uninstall iTunes và Apple Mobile Device support, reinstall iTunes 7.5 hay mới hơn.

1602 (Apple update): Apple Support: Lỗi cáp và cổng USB, Firewall chặn iTunes không liên lạc được với máy chủ Apple:
· Vô hiệu hóa Firewall, dừng PM diệt Virus.
· Thay cable đổi cổng USB.
· Reboot Device.

:Kinh nghiệm:
· Jailbreak theo tool FW.
· Dùng TinyUmbrella “Exit Recovery”.
· Có trường hợp giống lỗi 1604 (xem 1604).

1603: Apple Support: Chưa về DFU pwned mà restore khi bị treo cáp dĩa (Recovery mode) hoặc FW download bị lỗi:
" The iPhone (iPod) could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1603)"
· Đưa iP về DFU mode bằng tay, restore FW nguồn khác.
· Nếu vẫn không được, tạo User Account mới cho máy tính để iTunes tải file .IPSW khác rồi vào DFU pwned restore lại.

· Về DFU restore FW gốc, chọn 3Gs Old BootRom.

· Thay cable đổi cổng USB.
· Nếu vẫn báo lỗi 1604 nhấn OK: Tắt iTunes và mở lại trong khi iPhone vẫn kết nối iTunes iPhone sẽ restore được.

: Kinh nghiệm: Lỗi không thể restore Custom Firmware, lỗi firmware:
· Đưa iP về DFU mode bằng tay, Shift+Restore Custom FW nguồn khác.

1611: Apple Support: Có khả năng hư phần cứng:
· Liên hệ Apple Store (khả năng xấu nhất).

: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi Restore bị đưa về Recovery mode.
· ....?

: Kinh nghiệm: JB tool tethered bị hết pin không thể boot tether, máy nóng khi chơi game quá lâu, có thể bị va chạm, rơi hoặc khả năng lỏng hay hư socket pin, hết pin, pin yếu, hư nguồn sóng:
· Đừng cố restore nhồi liên tiếp, gỡ socket pin chờ vài phút gắn lại cắm điện xạc 30p có thể thoát.
· Trường hợp nặng phải thay pin.
· Tác giả có lần phải thay nguồn sóng vì lỗi 1611 do chơi game miệt mài hết pin không thể boot tether.
· Tìm cửa hàng tin cậy.

1618: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi hư file hệ thống khi intstall iTunes:
· Download lại iTunes, reinstall lại iTunes.

1619: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi iTunes version quá cũ:

· Nếu báo lỗi 1604 nhấn OK: Tắt iTunes và mở lại trong khi iPhone vẫn kết nối iTunes iPhone sẽ restore được.

2001: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi xẩy ra với Mac OS X version dưới 10.5.6 không nhận DFU mode:
· Update 10.5.7 hoặc mới hơn hoặc dùng USB hub.

3000-3999: Apple Support: Lỗi khoảng số 3000 thường sai file hosts nên iTunes không thể liên lạc với máy chủ Apple:
· Về DFU pwned.
· Vô hiệu hóa Firewall, dừng PM diệt Virus.
· Thay cable đổi cổng USB.
· Nếu báo lỗi 1604 nhấn OK: Tắt iTunes và mở lại trong khi iPhone vẫn kết nối iTunes iPhone sẽ restore được.

3002: Apple Support: Lỗi khi update & restore iPod Touch 2G hay iP 3G không đúng gốc:
· Chọn Update hay Restore trong iTunes restore FW gốc.

: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi update từ FW cũ lên FW mới hơn Apple đã chận, lỗi kết nối máy chủ Apple, lỗi "Start TSS Sever" của TinyUmbrella khi kết nối Cydia server.
· Restore cách khác.

: Kinh nghiệm: Thường xẫy ra khi restore Custom FW:
· Download bản Custom FW có lưu SHSH, 3Gs chọn đúng BootRom.
· Chạy "Start TSS Sever" của TinyUmbrella, mở iTunes Shift+Restore.

3004: Apple Support: Lỗi khi đang restore mất Internet, iTunes không tìm thấy Server, có trường hợp giống lỗi 3000-3999:
· Reboot modem+ WiFi, tìm WiFi khác.
· Restore lại.
· Nếu xử lý theo lỗi 3000-3999 không được, thoát iTunes, vào Start>Run>cmd: thêm dòng lệnh: C:\Users\Administrator>dscacheutil –flushcache (lưu ý máy phải đang ở quyền admin).

: iPhone Wiki: Lỗi không có Internet khi kết nối máy chủ Apple, lỗi cổng 80 và 443 bị chận:
· Reset router/wifi.

: Kinh nghiệm:
· Rút cáp đổi cổng chính, ngưng hub và các thiết bị USB khác ngoại trừ bàn phím và chuột.
· Reset router/wifi, restart computer.
